Showplace Ltd installs emergency, or planned, temporary modular structures to provide much needed additional space to businesses, schools, charities, the NHS and many other organisations across a wide range of sectors such as healthcare, education, hospitality and leisure. Our range of modular, relocatable buildings are regularly deployed for short term hire, or as longer-term applications. Quick to erect, and with no minimum hire period for our structures, we pride ourselves on our flexibility and speed of delivery, with structures available for installation for any duration from one day up to two years.

We will provide a comprehensive solution for your space requirements, whether the need is for space as an extension of current facilities, or whether temporary structures are needed while permanent buildings are under construction or refurbishment.

We provide relocatable temporary facilities in numerous different sectors including Education, Health, Sport, Leisure, Hospitality and Retail. Our temporary modular structures can provide you with additional facilities such as retail solutions, exercise space, changing rooms, toilet facilities, and storage solutions to name but a few.

Quick to erect, with rental available at short notice, there is no minimum hire period for our structures so no requirement for lengthy contracts. You only hire for a duration to suit your organisation’s requirements. We pride ourselves on our flexibility and speed of delivery, with structures available for hire for all sectors for any duration from one day up to two years.

Our temporary modular structures can be rapidly deployed on a range of different surfaces including hard ground such as car parks, or on grass/turfed areas. They are very flexible and can be constructed on uneven ground if necessary, making them an ideal solution for awkward, smaller spaces or built-up spaces which can be difficult to reach.

Depending on your requirements, in some instances your additional space can be built in just a day. Larger and more complex spaces, including additional facilities like electricity, can take longer. We aim to install as quickly as possible to minimise disruption to your staff and their operations.

Use of your extra space can be extended to year round use with the addition of extra features such as heating and electricity, if required.
